SJSD Engage In Your Own Learning 2024

Participants will experience what it feels like to have dyslexia.  We will go through three simulation activities that involve reading, listening, and writing.  We will discuss the signs of dyslexia and how to support students in the classroom setting.  Through this session, participants will gain an understanding of what our students experience on a daily basis in the classroom.  We will reflect on our experiences and brainstorm ways we can support students in our classrooms.
